1. Order Processing & Packaging
Quality check. Because we deal in premium products, every pack passes a two‑step quality and weight inspection before it leaves our warehouse.
Proper Packaging: The Goods are properly packed and sealed, making them ready to dispatch and send to the customer conveniently
Delivery Policy
Delivery of the goods will be done within 7 working days post the order date.
1. Dispatch & Tracking
A shipment confirmation e‑mail is sent once the parcel is handed over.
If you have a customer account, you can also track your order status under My Account → Orders.
2. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Weather/Festivals: Courier networks sometimes slow down during heavy rain, Diwali, Holi, Christmas and year‑end peaks. Allow an extra 2‑3 working days.
In‑transit damage: If your box arrives visibly damaged or tampered, refuse delivery and notify us within 24 hours so we can ship a free replacement or refund.
Lost shipments: If tracking shows no movement for seven consecutive days, we will open a tracer ticket and reship your order.
3. Undeliverable Packages / RTO
If the courier returns your parcel to us because the address was incomplete, the phone number was unreachable, or delivery was refused, we will:
Contact you to arrange re‑shipping (extra shipping fee applies — actual courier RTO + new forward charges).
