RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Kiloi Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges once an order has left our facility. Please review your cart carefully before you complete payment.
2. Quality Assurance Before Dispatch
Every Packing is:
Triple‑checked for weight, grade, and freshness.
Heat‑sealed in food‑safe, tamper‑evident packaging.
Shipped in cushioned, moisture‑resistant cartons to minimise breakage and exposure.
3. If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
While we do not offer returns, we take transit damage and packing errors seriously. If you receive:
Physically damaged packs (e.g., torn seal, leakage).
Clear photos of the outer box, inner packs, and shipping label.
Our team will investigate and, where legally required, replace or refund the affected item(s). Items reported after 2 days or without visual evidence are not eligible for resolution.
REFUND
As stated above, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to physical goods, digital downloads, and services.
INVALID REASONS
We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with the product
Ordering the wrong item
Failure to read product descriptions or instructions
NOTE
Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number and any relevant details. We will review your claim and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
Cancellation Policy
