At Kiloi Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders. All sales are final.
REFUND
As stated above, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to physical goods, digital downloads, and services.
INVALID REASONS
We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with the product
Ordering the wrong item
Failure to read product descriptions or instructions
Purchases are shipped from our facility in New Delhi by our in-house delivery team & reputed courier agencies.
We deliver within 7 working days from the ordered date.
Order deliveries will be made between : 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Excluding public holidays.
For any complaints with regards to your order (missing items, quality, delivery) please contact customer care within 24 hours of your order delivery for resolution, we will not be liable for any complaint later than that.

Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
